📢 Dr. Kennedy Obohwemu’s Self-Comforting Attitude Theory (SCAT) and the Self-Comforting Attitude Scale (SCAS) has now officially been published in Mental Health & Prevention, a high impact Elsevier journal indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
🧠 While the SCCT/SCCS explored how we cope through self-soothing behaviours, SCAT/SCAS focuses on our attitudes toward those behaviours. It’s the missing link in understanding emotional resilience from both a behavioural and cognitive perspective.
